To return/exchange an item/s please contact the shop on 01942 665431.
Please do not bin the product, we will ask for the product to be returned so we can contact our supplier about any issues.
We will arrange for the product/s to be collected by one of our drivers and a replacement to be given if you want an exchange.
If you would prefer a refund we can refund by way of original payment.
Cash refunds will be given upon collection of the returned item/s.
Card/Online refunds can take up to 14 days to re-enter your account.
Were possible items must have original packaging.
If an item has been cooked and an issue has arose at that point we will accept the product as it is.
We will not accept items that have been consumed.
